Les Bon Voeux is a blond beer of high fermentation, fermented in the bottle.
Created in 1970, although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the amateur reserved many months in advance. Beer-blond copper, with an aroma of hops, combining soft and fruity bitterness. Our selection of yeast and a long maturation phase with raw hopping give it a typical and complex aroma and taste .
In real fermentation in the bottle, which can last very long in your cellar, the resulting beer is balanced and harmonious, with complex and surprising flavors.

I can only imagine how it tastes like, you don't see this kind of beers very often, they gave me the impression that they come in limited "editions". I wonder if there is any beer of the month club that has this beer at the moment in our city. I am in a mood for beer and you just gave me the perfect suggestion.
