Blanch des Neiges has a traditional white base with a volume of 5% alcohol. The white is however different in taste compared to its counterparts mainly by a deeper bitterness on a theme of fragrant aroma filled with exotic fragrances. It has a slight bitterness due to curacao orange peel. It has no pronounced acid which makes it a very unique white and very refreshing. Its color is very significant, since it is very clear but still cloudy.
