A logical succession in a pale version, the name is similar but the beer is nothing alike the amber sister. Blonde, the only comparison would be the pearl, as abundant as the darker version. Its taste is fresh and explosive as well. It develops a less rounded bitterness. This impression is not prolonged excessively in aftertaste. Instead, it presents an additional subtlety embodied by a touch sweet between the teeth. Its function also excels when it is consumed as an aperitif, but also as a digestive.
