According to Mr.. J. Snauwaert (Brew Master of Roman Brewery): "The newcomer is the family of Ename Abbey beers, but has a totally different taste. Not only because brewing barley malt is used, but also wheat is the body of the beer that´s quite different from the other Ename beers. You get a slightly sweet taste with the herbs used. The aftertaste is fruity in the aroma to his right. Anyway, the amber red color lets you daydream of all the mirroring of the flames from the flames of the fireplace in the glass.
